Nathan Hewlett is the Natural Resources Engineering Manager at Celtic Engineering, leading the delivery of road, crossing, and infrastructure projects in resource and remote environments. He provides technical oversight, design leadership, and coordination for multidisciplinary teams, with experience spanning planning, detailed design, construction quality control, and client liaison. Nathan plays a key role in managing complex projects and maintaining consistency and technical quality across the firm’s natural resource work.

Trey Demers is the Surveying Manager at Celtic Engineering and one of the firm’s primary field leads. He oversees survey operations, provides field and technical support to engineering teams, and supports construction management activities on active projects. Trey brings strong practical knowledge of survey execution, site coordination, and problem solving in the field, and plays a key role in linking survey, engineering, and construction activities.
